Which goals can I choose?

You can select up to three of the following goals: hydrate and replenish, deep condition, soothe scalp, strengthen, repair split ends, reduce frizziness, oil control, thermal protection, UV protection, colour retention, increase shine, volumise, reduce brassiness for blondes and reduce brassiness for brunettes.
Can I get a purple shampoo and conditioner for my dyed blonde hair?

Yes. Select the ‘reduce brassiness for blondes’ goal during the quiz and we will include violet pigment in your formulas to help counteract unwanted brassy tones.
My scalp is sensitive, irritated, dry and/or has dandruff. Can your formulas help with this?

If you let us know that you’re prone to irritation during the quiz, we will prioritise gentler formulations for you. We also recommend that you opt for our fragrance and colour-free options. Lastly, if you suffer from dryness or dandruff, we recommend choosing the ‘soothe scalp’ goal which is very effective at reducing flakiness.

How do I know the ingredients you use are safe?

All our ingredients adhere to Australia’s, the USA’s, and the EU’s cosmetics safety regulations, which collectively ban 1600+ unsafe substances. Furthermore, if an ingredient has warranted safety concerns but needs more research to make solid conclusions, we err on the side of caution and use alternatives.
Do your formulations contain sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) or sodium laureth ether sulfate (SLES)?

How much is shipping and which carrier do you use?

It depends where you are located and which shipping option you choose. Generally though, domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post’s Express service. This usually takes a day or two.
How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to have all custom products produced and shipped within seven days. Shipping for domestic orders usually takes a couple of days, whilst shipping times for international orders vary depending on the destination.

Hydrate and replenish
Non-comedogenic argan and hemp seed oils moisturise the hair and a specialised polymer restores the hair’s hydrophobic layer, preventing further damage caused by repeated swelling from water absorption.
Deep condition
An anti-static additive coats the hair, improving manageability and imparting softness, silkiness and shine. This is especially helpful for wavy, curly, coily, coarse, dry and damaged hair types.
Soothe scalp
Specialised cleansing and moisturising ingredients relieve discomfort and reduce flakiness caused by dandruff and/or dry scalp.
Strengthen
Sugar-derived molecules penetrate deep into the cortex, fixing broken bonds and reinforcing the keratin structure. A non-volatile and safe silicone forms a film over the hair, reducing friction to minimise damage caused by styling.
Repair split ends
A guar-gum derivative bonds to irregularities on the damaged hair surface, holding down raised cuticles and working to seal split ends.
Reduce frizziness
A guar-gum derivative repairs the hair’s hydrophobic layer, reducing warping caused by repeated water absorption. A safe silicone synergistically fights against frizziness caused by humidity and styling damage.
Oil control
Strong cleaning ingredients control oil whilst lighter conditioning ingredients make the hair less susceptible to being ‘weighed down’ and looking greasy.
Thermal Protection
A heat-dispersing ingredient coats the hair, reducing damage caused by the uneven distribution of heat during straightening, curling, etc.
UV Protection
The hair’s surface is treated in a UV-absorptive ingredient which significantly reduces lipid peroxidation and protein degradation caused by exposure to sunlight.
Colour retention
A specialised polymer coats dyed hair, sealing in the pigments to noticeably slow the fading process.
Increase shine
