2. Redemption
Gift cards can be redeemed only on ONE LABS’ website and are valid for the purchase of goods and services offered there. They cannot be used for previous purchases or for buying other gift cards.

3. Expiry
Gift cards expire three years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is clearly stated on the card. Unused balance after expiry will not be refunded.

4. Balance
The balance on the gift card can be checked by entering the card’s code here.

5. Non-Refundable
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards
We are not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. Treat gift cards like cash.

7. Limitations
Gift cards cannot be reloaded. The maximum and minimum value loaded on the card shall be as per the limits specified by ONE LABS.
